We can’t find enough good words to describe Travis and our experience with Abby Carpet & Flooring at Patricia’s in Cape Coral. We needed to replace 20-year-old tile in the kitchen, dining area, living room and enclosed porch, in the home where we are living. During the entire process from selecting the flooring to the final walk thru, Travis was on top of things. He went from professional and knowledgeable salesperson to foreman. He stopped in to discuss the job with the various work crews, check on progress, address any concerns we had, made sure supplies were delivered timely, etc. The demolition of the existing tile caused a little dust but, as Travis promised, due to their wetting procedure, it was not the nightmare we had heard about from others. The various work crews were always on time and always professional. They did excellent work and kept the debris removed and the site clean. We had new porcelain tile laid in the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The porch got COREtec XL Enhanced plank flooring. We are thrilled with our new floors. Had Jeff and his team replace all of our carpet in our home. Service was all completed in a single day, carpet was laid down tight, trimmed and connected nicely. They also helped with moving the large room items around to install and placing them back when complete.

They had a great selection to chose from, and with the help of Humberto we got exactly what we wanted. Installation of both was excellent. Chad and his crew did a wonderful job on my home. They demoed up the tile throughout the entire house and installed luxury vinyl wood floors and new trim. It looks awesome! They work clean and fast. I highly recommend this company!
